Standard features include: high angle steel plate construction, heavy duty skid mounted structure, channel frame belt feeder with discharge height of six feet under the drive pulley, heavy duty live shaft rollers (with Pillowblock bearings), sealed precision steel returns, full length skirt boards with adjustable rubber flashing, electric drive motor, TA Series Dodge shaft mounted gear reducer drive, lagged head pulley with snubber, wing type tail pulley, screw take up, and 3-ply 330 RMA conveyor belt.
Optional Equipment: Variable speed controller, Pin on axle system with brakes, lights and 5th wheel pin. Heavy duty grizzly, lever operated grizzly hydraulic pump, remote control package for hydraulic grizzly, AR lining for Hopper, rubber or other wear media.
Dozer Traps transfer large volumes of 12” minus alluvial formation aggregate material into a continuous stream. Dozer Traps will maximize the capacity, while extending the life of your material transfer conveyors. Structural integrity of the frame will withstand dozer loading, cycle after cycle, in the harshest environments. Dozer Traps serve as a primary feed source for most common crushing, screening and conveying applications.
