DEMI couples heavy duty I-Beam construction with innovation, for the ultimate modular Horizontal or Inclined vibrating screen plant. The product chute systems, under screen collection, and cross conveyor options give you the ability to easily separate product and maximize plant output. Quick access to the screen is enabled by dual ladders and catwalks on 3 sides, making it much easier to maintain.

VIBRATING GRIZZLY FEEDERS
DEMI’s Vibrating Grizzly Feeder is well suited for scalping and screening applications and ideal for removing over-sized rock, separating fines from crusher feed. DEMI’s Vibrating Grizzly Feeder features Heavy Duty Grizzly Bars, Self Cleaning Grizzly Bar Section, 3/4” Hopper Plate, 1st section Side Discharge Chute, 5/8” thick Side-Apron Plates, 4 Lifting Lugs.
While the standard VGF is built for extreme duty, you can also customize your Vibrating Grizzly Feeder with ‘Spring Fingers’
(a replacement for Grizzly Bars), AR Liners on Side Plates of the Feeder, 1” thick Steel Feeder Pan, Splash Guard Side Plate,
Add-on Rock Box, 30” Extended Overs Chute,
Removable Wing Guide for Transporting, and even a

GRIZZLY GRID SYSTEM
The patented Grizzly Grid System is the industry's best solution to rock jams. Our system was specially designed as an alternative rip-rap system. Changing the industry standard of sizing large rock with traditional fixed grizzly bars or scalping media.
The Grizzly Grid System is designed for all makes of Vibrating Grizzly Feeders and screening applications, including our Grizzly Static Screen. When installed in heavy duty scalping screens in lieu of multi-row solid fixed OEM Grizzly Bars or in Medium Duty Screens directly over the top deck media, doubling productivity.
This design incorporates our patented Grizzly Spring Finger Assembly, which has revolutionized the mining & aggregate industries. The flexible Spring Finger Bars eliminate 100% of rock jams and provide 100% clear passing of material, even with sticky clay. These patented systems run in over 500 application to date without fail.
GRIZZLY Static Screen
Separate soils and aggregates efficiently with the Grizzly Static Screen. Available in 2 standard sizes: 96-SS or 64-SS.
The 96-SS (Medium-Sized) is designed for 2-3 yard wheel loaders. The 64-SS (Small-Sized) is designed for 1-2 yard wheel loaders or skid steers. Both sizes easy filtering large quantities of material - anything from sand to 3 inch rock.
The Grizzly Static Screen is specially designed with a custom quick change cam-action screen cloth tensioner, to help you swap your screen media with ease. You can also customize your Grizzly Static Screen with adjustable Spring Finger Grid options, Rigid Mounted Grizzly Bars, and Vibrating Packages.
